Answrs VerdictThe best camera drone overall.
Price: $2,059.00 with RC 2 controller at B&H Photo (In Stock)Main camera sensor: 100 MP 4/3"-Type CMOS (wide), plus 48 MP 1/1.3"-Type and 50 MP 1/1.5"-Type tele camerasMax video: 6016 x 3384 at 60 fps; DCI 4K at 120 fps (wide camera)Weight: 1063 g (Takeoff)Flight time: 51 MinutesRange: 19 Miles / 30 km max operating distance; OcuSync 4.0 (OC4)

The DJI Mavic 4 Pro carries three cameras on a rotating gimbal: a 100 MP 4/3-type Hasselblad wide camera, a 48 MP 1/1.3-type medium tele and a 50 MP 1/1.5-type tele. It flies 51 minutes per battery, links up to 19 miles (30 km) over OcuSync 4.0 and senses obstacles in every direction with infrared and LiDAR help. At 1063 g it is well over 250 g, so it must be registered with the FAA. DJI’s US store has no Mavic 4 Pro page; B&H Photo lists it In Stock at $2,059.00 with the RC 2 controller.

How we ranked these

We ranked each drone on its camera first (sensor size, max video resolution and frame rate), then safety and range (obstacle sensing, transmission distance, flight time), then price, with no paid placement. US availability was checked on Nov 3, 2026: every price is an in-stock listing at B&H Photo or, for the Potensic ATOM 3, Potensic’s own US store, and we note where DJI’s own US store is out of stock or has no page. The FCC added foreign-produced uncrewed aircraft systems to its Covered List on December 22, 2025, so retailer stock of DJI models can change; check before you buy. Weights matter for the FAA: drones under 250 grams flown under the Exception for Limited Recreational Operations do not need registration. Specs come from DJI’s spec pages, Potensic’s ATOM 3 page and B&H Photo’s spec tables (DJI’s site redirects US visitors away from its Mavic 4 Pro, Mini 5 Pro and Neo 2 pages). Enterprise drones (Skydio X10, Autel EVO Max 4T) were left out because they are built for commercial and public-safety work, and the Autel EVO Lite+ was left out because we could not find a current Autel product page for it. Facts are taken from each maker's own published information; check the official site before you buy.
