St. Louis IT & security calendar 2027, month by month

Only dates the organizers have posted are listed as set. Events without a 2027 date show when they were last held.

Year-round groups and meetups

These are not trade shows, but they are where St. Louis security people meet between the big days.

Practical tips for attending

Parking: SecureWorld has complimentary self-parking in the attached garage at The Ritz-Carlton in Clayton (2025 page), and STLCyberCon offers free parking on site at UMSL. The other organizers do not publish parking details on the pages we read, so ask before you go.

Hotel: in 2025 SecureWorld’s host hotel was the Hampton Inn & Suites Clayton/St. Louis-Galleria at $195 plus taxes and fees, with a reservation deadline of August 18, 2025. Check the 2027 listing when it appears.

Getting your boss to approve it: bring the cost, the CPEs and the audience. The Cybersecurity Summit lists $275 on its registration page and 6 CPEs; FutureCon offers up to 10 CPEs; STLCyberCon and STL TechWeek are free. Check eligibility first, because the Summit is by invitation, GPSEC is for sponsoring partners and Gateway to Innovation excludes non-sponsoring vendors.

CPE paperwork: the Cybersecurity Summit gives its CPE/CEU certificate only if you attend the entire summit and confirm attendance at the end of the day. The ISACA St. Louis chapter said in 2025 that it does not record CPE for you, so keep your own record and the certificate.

How we ranked these

We ranked on the value to IT and security professionals and buyers: seniority of the room, CPE credits, cost, size, and whether the organizer has confirmed a 2027 date. Every event is in the St. Louis metro area and checked on the organizer’s own page; where a 2027 date is not announced, we say so and give the date it was last held. Prices that are not published are marked Not published, and we could not confirm attendance for most events. This list covers St. Louis only. Facts are taken from each maker's own published information; check the official site before you buy.
