What Is the RTX 5070 Ti Price in 2027?
NVIDIA's official launch price for the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti is $749, announced in its NVIDIA newsroom release of January 6, 2025. That is a launch MSRP, not what you will pay today. On October 18, 2026, the one third-party tracker I could read, GPU Poet, put the lowest average listing at about $1,119 for October, and said deals started at $1,125.
I could not read a current price straight from a retailer or board-partner page. Best Buy listed a Gigabyte Gaming OC and an MSI Gaming Trio OC without readable price text, and other retailers blocked automated reading. Street prices move daily, so check the live listing before you buy.

The official RTX 5070 Ti launch price
NVIDIA announced the RTX 5070 Ti on January 6, 2025: it "will be available starting in February at $749," alongside the RTX 5070 at $549, per the NVIDIA newsroom. On February 20, 2025, NVIDIA's launch post said the card was out now, with stock-clocked and factory-overclocked models available from top add-in card providers.
The word "starting" matters. $749 is the entry price, and each partner brand sets what it charges for its own designs.
What partner cards cost now
Partner cards come from brands such as ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte and Zotac. I checked their pages and major retailers on October 18, 2026. The result is incomplete, so here is exactly what was and was not readable:
- Best Buy. Listed a Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti Gaming OC 16G and an MSI RTX 5070 Ti 16G Gaming Trio OC with an "Add to cart" button, but no readable price text. (Best Buy)
- ASUS. The ASUS Prime RTX 5070 Ti page shows no price.
- NVIDIA. Its NVIDIA's RTX 5070 family page shows a placeholder instead of a price and sends you to its marketplace.
- Other retailers. Newegg, B&H, Micro Center, Amazon, Walmart, Gigabyte and MSI blocked automated reading, and the Zotac page I tried returned not found.
- Official launch MSRP (NVIDIA, January 6, 2025)$749
- Lowest average listing, October 2026 (GPU Poet tracker, read October 18, 2026)$1,119, ranging from $1,062 to $1,146 by day
- Lowest deal tracked (GPU Poet, read October 18, 2026)Starting at $1,125
Treat the tracker figures with care. GPU Poet says its daily number averages the three lowest-priced listings, and its four-month chart is based on eBay listings, so they include resale offers. It also says the average is up 29.1% over four months. These are one third-party view, not a retailer quote.
Why RTX 5070 Ti prices differ from card to card
- Factory overclock. NVIDIA says both stock-clocked and factory-overclocked models are sold by partners, and the overclocked ones are typically priced higher.
- Cooling and design. For example, the ASUS Prime uses a 2.5-slot design with three Axial-tech fans, a vented backplate and dual BIOS, per the ASUS Prime RTX 5070 Ti page. Bigger coolers and extra features add cost.
- Supply and demand. Trackers show the lowest average rising, not falling: GPU Poet reports October 2026 up 15.6% on the prior 3 months.
- Seller. The same model can carry a different price at each retailer, and resale listings differ again.
RTX 5070 Ti vs RTX 5070 vs RTX 5080 price
These are NVIDIA's official launch prices from its January 6, 2025 announcement (NVIDIA newsroom). They are not today's street prices.
- GeForce RTX 5070$549
- GeForce RTX 5070 Ti$749
- GeForce RTX 5080$999
The 5070 Ti sits between the two on launch price. NVIDIA's own spec pages also rate each card differently for power, covered next.
What else affects total cost: your power supply
The price of the card is not the whole bill. NVIDIA's RTX 5070 family page lists a required system power of 750 W for the RTX 5070 Ti (total graphics power 300 W), against 650 W for the RTX 5070. The RTX 5080 page lists 850 W.
NVIDIA says the card needs "2x PCIe 8-pin cables (adapter in box) OR 300 W or greater PCIe Gen 5 cable." Its figures assume a Ryzen 9 9950X system, it recommends a PCIe CEM 5.1-compliant power supply, and it notes that actual needs vary with your build. If your current power supply falls short, add its cost to the card price.
