How we ranked these

We ranked schools by the share of the full-time MBA Class of 2025 that took financial-services jobs, as published in each school’s own employment report or career page, best share first. We included only schools that state that share in pages we could read. Columbia’s report page blocked our access, and Harvard Business School and Chicago Booth split finance across several categories, so they are not ranked. Schools define industries slightly differently, so treat close gaps, such as 21% and 20.9%, as ties. Facts are taken from each maker's own published information; check the official site before you buy.
