Can Salesloft Keep Growing 15%+ Post-Vista Acquisition in 2027?
Nobody outside the company can say, because Salesloft is private and no source we found publishes a growth rate after 2022. The last figures on record are from 2022: a Mubadala release dated May 10, 2022 said Salesloft passed $100 million in annual recurring revenue in mid-2021 and, according to the company, was on track for a 50% increase in annual revenue in 2022. Since then Salesloft's own releases, August 7, 2025, December 3, 2025 and September 2, 2026, give customer counts and leadership changes, not revenue or growth.
So a 15%+ rate is neither confirmed nor ruled out. The growth levers and headwinds below are our analysis, not company disclosures, and the Clari merger makes any organic growth rate hard to isolate. This is not investment advice.
What the record shows
Vista Equity Partners took a majority stake in Salesloft in December 2021 in a deal valued at $2.3 billion, according to the Mubadala release; law firm DLA Piper gave the same value on January 5, 2022. The Mubadala release is the only source we found with growth language, and it is a forward-looking company claim from 2022, not a result.

What changed: the Clari merger and the rebrand
On August 7, 2025 Clari announced an agreement to merge with Salesloft, with Clari's Andy Byrne to lead and Patrick Nichols as Salesloft's interim CEO (Clari). The merger completed on December 3, 2025 with Steve Cox, formerly CEO of Employ, as CEO, and the release said R&D investment is doubling, with no dollar amount (release). On September 2, 2026 the company said Salesloft is now the company and platform brand, with Clari Forecast keeping its name (Salesloft newsroom). None of the three mentions Vista or ownership, and none gives revenue or growth.

- Rebrand (September 2, 2026)Salesloft is the company and platform brand; more than 4,000 organizations named

Our analysis: levers for 15%+ growth
- Cross-selling a combined stack. The merged company sells forecasting, conversation and engagement products to a combined customer base that the releases put above 4,000 organizations. If customers add products, growth can come from existing accounts. No source says how many have.
- Product investment. The December 3, 2025 release said R&D investment is doubling. That could support new products such as the connected forecasting and conversation intelligence launches named in the September 2, 2026 rebrand coverage, but no revenue result is published.
- A bigger base to start from. Reported ARR above $100 million in mid-2021 means a percentage rate needs larger absolute dollars each year than it did then. That is arithmetic about scale, not a statement about Salesloft.
Our analysis: headwinds
- Merger integration. Ten months after closing, the company was still announcing one brand, and a third-party blog says four product layers remain. Integration work can slow selling, though no source quantifies it here.
- Reported staffing cuts. The 76 positions reported for February 2026 included renewals managers and account executives, per the blog. If accurate, that touches retention and new sales, but the figure is secondhand.
- Not a clean organic rate. A merger adds a second company's revenue, so a combined growth number would not show whether Salesloft by itself grew 15%. Anyone quoting one should ask for the organic figure.
How to read any claim about Salesloft growth
Treat figures from third-party sites with caution: some pages on this topic are generated and cite deal dates we could not confirm in any official source. Anchor on the dated primary releases above, and ask a vendor or investor for net revenue retention and organic ARR growth if the answer matters to a decision.
